Summary

Malignant cells generally displayed moderate cytoplasmic and membranous staining. Strongest positivity was observed in colorectal and ovarian cancers. Most malignant tissues displayed moderate cytoplasmic and occasional nuclear positivity. Several cases of malignant melanomas expressed strong cytoplasmic positivity in some cases. Several malignancies exhibited distinct nucleolar positivity e.g. skin and stomach cancers. Many lymphomas and prostate cancers were weakly stained or negative.
