Summary

Most malignant cells showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining with additional membranous positivity in many cases. Several malignant gliomas, lymphomas, melanomas, hepatocellular carcinomas, renal, skin and testis cancers were weakly stained or negative. Most malignant cells showed weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining. A majority of malignant gliomas, malignant lymphomas, lung, prostate, ovarian and breast cancers were negative. Most malignant tissues exhibited weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining sometimes combined with membranous positivity. Fractions of ovarian, urothelial, pancreatic and cervical cancers showed strong positivity. Malignant lymphomas along with several hepatocellular carcinomas, renal cancers, malignant gliomas and melanomas were negative.
