Summary

Most malignancies showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic staining. Several cases of malignant lymphomas and renal cancers were weakly stained or negative. Most malignancies displayed moderate cytoplasmic and/or nuclear immunoreactivity. A few cases of ovarian, breast and renal cancers were strongly stained. Malignant lymphomas and carcinoids were generally negative.Malignant gliomas and most cases of malignant melanoma, colorectal, breast, male and female genital cancers as well as several urothelial cancers showed moderate to strong cytoplasmic positivity. Other malignancies were weakly stained or negative. Most cancer tissues exhibited strong cytoplasmic immunoreactivity with additional nuclear staining in several cases. Several lymphomas along with few melanomas and pancreatic cancers were negative.
