Summary

Malignant cells generally showed moderate cytoplasmic staining often combined with membranous positivity. Colorectal carcinomas displayed strong staining in most cases. Hepatocellular carcinomas as well as several malignant gliomas, renal and pancreatic cancers were weakly stained or negative.A majority of malignant cells displayed moderate to strong membranous and cytoplasmic positivity. High grade malignant gliomas exhibited weak to moderate cytoplasmic staining while low-grade tumors were negative. Hodgkin's lymphomas, hepatocellular carcinomas and most renal cancers were negative.
