Summary

Most cancers showed moderate to strong nuclear positivity with additional cytoplasmic staining in several cases. Several renal cell carcinomas, hepatocellular carcinomas, lung cancers and a few urothelial cancers were weakly stained or negative.Rare cases of melanoma, colorectal, skin and liver cancer displayed strong cytoplasmic positivity. Moderate cytoplasmic staining with occasional nuclear positivity was observed in a few cases of ovarian, skin and liver cancers. Remaining cancer tissues were weakly stained or negative.
